The working principle of activated carbon adsorption box

    After the organic waste gas is collected, it enters the activated carbon adsorption tower under the action of the negative pressure of the fan. The activated carbon adsorption mechanism utilizes the porosity of activated carbon and is developed based on the principle of absorption force. Due to the existence of equilibrium and saturated molecular force or chemical bond force on the solid surface , so when the solid surface is in contact with the gas, the gas molecules can be attracted to make it concentrate and adsorb the solid surface. This phenomenon is the adsorption phenomenon. The activated carbon adsorption method used in this process utilizes this property of the solid surface. When the exhaust gas is in contact with the porous activated carbon on the surface, the pollutants of the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon solid, thereby separating from the gas mixture to achieve the purpose 

of purification.
